Three plans. One simple decision.

Bronze plan

The essential, minimum level and budget-friendly maintenance plan.

Includes:

Manufacturer’s routine maintenance and scheduled servicing, as described in the operator’s manual and service manual

Free annual health check per machine

Air and oil filters

Oils and lubricants (bio-oil not included)

Disposal fees (oil and filters only)

Covers power unit only

Fixed fees monthly, quarterly or annually for the duration of the agreement (up to five years maximum)

Silver plan

An all-round plan for comprehensive servicing and predictable costs.

Includes Bronze plan plus:

Labour and parts to carry out the routine maintenance

One blade or cylinder regrind per fairway mower per annum

Two regrinds on greens or tees mowers per annum

Replacement blades, bottom blades or cylinders when wear levels fall below specification

Consumables

Power unit and cutting unit servicing

Machinery software updates (one per year)

Gold plan

Our highest level of support and broadest cover, for unmatched peace of mind.

Includes Silver plan plus:

Unlimited visits

Breakdowns and call out costs

Toro genuine spare parts

Hydraulic motors, pumps, hoses

All electrical components including LED displays, batteries, switches, relays etc.

Engine failures and DPF failures, injection pump, seals and gaskets, engine block, cylinder head, crankcase, alternator, glow plugs, exhaust parts, clutch parts, radiator, thermostats etc.

Labour and parts

Machinery software updates

NSTS testing (sprayers only) when required

Acts like a 5 year warranty
